After hearing Mark Williams speak at a conference in America, I invited him to speak at our Logistics and Supply Chain Conference in Sydney, Australia. He presented two different topics, Forecasting and Improving Supplier Performance. His delivery was clear, precise and as relevant in Australia as in America. His evaluations were among the best of all of our conference speakers. He’ll definitely be invited back!
SMART Conferences Pty Ltd.
Because of Mark Williams seminar on the Basics of Supply Chain, the awareness of the attendees concerning the various material functions increased dramatically. Our production operators and supervisors now understand the difficulty in establishing an operations plan and the reasons that changes need to be made. They understand inventory problems better and the need for accurate record keeping, especially on material returned when a batch is completed. The seminar has improved communications within the operations group which has led to increased operating efficiencies
Noven plans on expanding this training to other departments so that we can see similar benefits in other areas of the company.
I have attended a number of workshops, seminars and conferences in my 30 years of growing up in the field of supply chain management. The thing I look for when making my decision to attend an event depends upon the subject and outline. I ask myself; “What valuable information will I be able to bring back to workplace after attending this event?” As a practitioner, this is most important to me.
Mark Williams, CFPIM has never let me down. As a matter of fact, I have attended 3 of his programs and I can honestly say that he delivers the message and the method of how to accomplish the task at hand. I have been able to apply Mark’s methods with ease. As a practitioner himself he understands the day-to-day operations of supply chain management and how to do what is necessary to positively impact the business.
If I am thumbing or searching through a brochure, I still look for the subject and outline but, if I see Mark Williams listed as the speaker I will attend on name alone. I know I will come back with a pocket of golden nuggets!

A lot of our members requested him as a speaker and we extended another invitation to him to speak at our last Top Management Night this past May where he presented the topic “How to Make Consignment and Vendor Managed Inventory Benefit Suppliers”. In this presentation he covered techniques that easily benefits customers as well as suppliers and leads to reduction and effective costs throughout the supply chain. Once again he demonstrated his superior knowledge of the subject and his ability to convey his message to a mixed audience with clarity and enthusiasm.
Mark Williams is clearly a qualified and outstanding speaker in the field of Supply Chain and one of the best I have seen.Alberto J. Escobar
Mark conducted one week of workshops for us with course materials specially prepared by him for our Bulgarian market. Topics for the one and two-day seminars included:
• Distribution Management
• Managing Warehouse Operations
• Project Management
• Strategic Planning
Class materials were very well organized and provided a good logical flow of information. Mark is excellent presenter with rich practical experience in the above areas. He encouraged class participation through realistic exercises. The feedback we received from the participant evaluation was more than excellent. I strongly recommend Mark as a workshop instructor.
Mark gave us an excellent presentation about 30 of our employees to help our company prepare for our upcoming ERP implementation. His experience and knowledge concerning multiple Supply Chain topics helped us gain the perspective and mindset necessary to begin our project with the right step forward.”
